While the first phase of improvements is underway, Metro-North crews also will rehabilitate track between Scarsdale and Hartsdale, New York. That work will lay the foundation for plans to begin refurbishing the Metro-North stations in those towns. In addition, crews will replace switches between the Brewster and Southeast stations.
