Metro-North plans to sublease, operate NS line

Metro-North Commuter Railroad recently filed a notice with Surface Transportation Board to sublease and operate a line owned by Pennsylvania Lines L.L.C and leased by Norfolk Southern Railway.

The line extends 66.5 miles from Suffern to Port Jervis, N.Y.
