Metro-North to purchase locomotive, train simulator

New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority recently awarded ORTHSTAR Inc. a contract to design, build, test and maintain software and hardware for a Genesis 2 Locomotive and Train Simulator for Metro-North Railroad.
Metro-North plans to use the simulator as part of its locomotive operator training and certification process.
