MTA Metro-North Railroad today will continue its Connect With Us rider feedback program by hosting a forum discussion at its commuter-rail station in Mount Kisco, New York.
The railroad launched the program in 2014 to foster dialogue between riders and Metro-North leadership about service and progress on major issues, Metro-North officials said in a press release.
“Connect With Us forums are an excellent opportunity for us to let the public know what we’re doing to improve safety, service reliability and customer communications,” Metro-North President Catherine Rinaldi said. “The forums also give us the chance to speak directly to our customers, listen, and learn what matters to them, and find ways we can do to continue to enhance service.”
The railroad will also host forums Nov. 19 at South Norwalk Station in Norwalk, Connecticut, and Dec. 10 at Grand Central Terminal in New York City.
Metro-North has held Connect with Us forums at 10 other stations this year.
