Metrolink Holiday Train to expand service

Metrolink’s Holiday Express Train will offer two additional trips this holiday season. It will run on weekends between Nov. 30 and Dec. 21, making 10 trips in total, traversing along five routes through Orange, Riverside, Ventura, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.

Metrolink will collect unwrapped toys prior to each train departure in partnership with local nonprofit organizations to support families in need. Each train ride will feature holiday decorations, carolers and recognizable festive characters. 

“We’re thrilled to expand this year’s service, adding two additional trips due to popular demand, so that even more families can make Metrolink a part of their holiday traditions," said Metrolink Chair Larry McCallon in a press release.
