Metrolink recently promoted Gray Crary from assistant director of engineering operations to assistant executive officer of operations to succeed Harold Watson, who is retiring.
Crary joined Metrolink in 1991, when the agency was formed, then left in 1995 to serve as area manager of the north and south ends of the Alameda Corridor. In 2002, he returned to Metrolink as manager of construction, a position he held until being appointed to his most recent post in 2005.
