Miami-Dade tabs URS to design aerial rail link

Miami-Dade Transit recently selected URS Corp. to provide preliminary and final design services for a 2.6-mile aerial rail line linking Earlington Heights Metrorail Station with the planned Miami Intermodal Center at Miami International Airport.
For URS, the three-year contract is worth $16 million.
