VIA Rail Canada Inc. recently appointed Donald Mutch to a two-year term on the agency’s board of directors.

He has more than 30 years’ experience in various investment, management and senior advisory roles. Mutch most recently managed the investment portfolio for Sun Life Financial Inc.’s Canadian operations.
