NJ Transit tweaks timetables
advertisement
This week, New Jersey Transit will unveil revamped timetables showing new fares — which are expected to rise an average of 9.9 percent beginning July 1 — and schedules that take effect July 3.
The new timetables will feature easier-to-read rail schedules showing peak-period trains, improved maps and highlighted departure times.
The timetables also will be formatted with a horizontal accordion fold instead of a map fold, making it easier for passengers to read and store.
