N.Y. MTA names Foran CFO

The New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has appointed Robert Foran chief financial officer.
He most recently was managing director and senior advisor at Samuel A. Ramirez & Co.
Foran will replace acting CFO David Moretti, who has filled in since Gary Dellaverson retired in December 2009. Moretti will return to his permanent position as MTA’s executive vice president of bridges and tunnels.
