Nestor Traffic Systems merges back into parent company

Nestor Inc. Sept. 12 announced it had merged with Nestor Traffic Systems Inc., which formerly was a 35 percent owned affiliate. Nestor Traffic Systems now is a wholly owned subsidiary.
