Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has scheduled a Feb. 13 public meeting on the second phase of the Downtown Dallas Transit Improvements Study.
The study examines alignments for a second light-rail line proposed for downtown Dallas, DART officials said in a prepared statement.
The first phase of the study was completed in 2010. In response to public reaction to it, DART developed alternatives and refinements, which will be presented at the upcoming meeting.
In addition, DART officials will share a review of how the second phase is being coordinated with other relevant transportation projects and recently completed downtown plans.
