RTD seeks public input on GM search
As the Regional Transportation District (RTD) of Denver continues to search for a new general manager, it has opened an online survey to gather public input on the process.
The new survey will allow community members to rank personal characteristics and duties for the new GM, as well as provide feedback about the agency as a whole, RTD officials said in a press release.
Users can provide responses on the survey until June 23.
In March, RTD's former GM Phillip Washington was appointed chief executive officer of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
"It’s important to the Board of Directors that we offer our community and RTD riders the opportunity to be involved in the General Manager search process," said RTD Chairman Chuck Sisk in a statement. "This public input is one element we will consider as we choose the next leader of RTD."
