SACRT names long-time NJ Transit human-resource exec Johnson chief administrative officer

Sacramento Regional Transit District (SACRT) recently named Z. Wayne Johnson chief administrative officer to oversee the human resources, employee relations, finance and safety departments.
For the past 18 years, Johnson served New Jersey Transit as assistant executive director for administration/human resources. He previously served New Jersey Department of Transportation as director of community involvement and assistant EEO officer.
