SEPTA to implement procurement software
advertisement
Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) plans to fully implement iRail L.L.C.’s procurement software by April 7.
The software would enable SEPTA buyers to conduct procurements more quickly and accurately from an initial inquiry through issuance of a purchase order, according to a prepared statement.
A group of 26 suppliers recently tested the new software during a three-month trial period. SEPTA plans to use the software for procurements under $25,000.
