Sound Transit to consider fare hikes

On April 22, Sound Transit's board will consider proposed fare structure changes for Link light rail and ST Express bus services in response to higher operating costs.
Under the proposal, Link light-rail adult fares would increase 25 cents in June 2011. The proposal would also flatten youth and senior Link fares to match the in-county ST Express bus fare.
