Southern California Regional Rail Authority contracts JLP engineering firm to provide on-call services

Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) recently awarded a contract to civil, trackwork and structural engineering firm J.L. Patterson & Associates Inc. (JLP) to provide on-call engineering services for the Metrolink commuter-rail system.
The three-year contract could be worth up to $9 million.
JLP has provided design and construction management services to SCRRA since the system opened in 1992, according to a prepared statement.
