Time flies: SEPTA's airport line marks second decade

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is marking the 20th anniversary of its R1 line, which operates between Center City Philadelphia and Philadelphia International Airport.
Since April 1985, about 20 million passengers have used the service to travel to and from the airport. Trains operate from hubs at SEPTA’s 30th Street, Suburban and Market East stations to each terminal at the airport.
