Transport Association of Canada hands out annual awards

The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) recently announced the winners of the 2010 Canadian Transportation Awards, which recognize leadership, excellence and achievement in the transportation sector.
The Award of Achievement was given to Dale Bracewell of Vancouver, British Columbia for his work on Vancouver’s Olympic Transportation Plan and to Michael Madill of Burnaby, British Columbia, for his work preparing TransLink for the Olympics.
The Transportation Person of the Year Award was given to Anthony Russell for his 38 years of work in the engineering consulting field.
