The Metropolitan Council and Hennepin County, Minnesota, officials are seeking community feedback on the revised potential route options for the proposed Metro Transit Blue Line extension, which will connect communities from downtown Minneapolis northwest to Brooklyn Park.

Hennepin County also has recently launched an interactive map tool which illustrates factors to consider in identifying a new route that maximizes community and economic development benefits of LRT, as well as key destinations and connections, council officials said in a news release.

Virtual meetings are scheduled for today and March 30 for community members to learn more about the project and ask questions.

A community survey is available on the project website for community members who want to provide feedback on the initial route options by April 30.
