UTA open house to address TRAX project

The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and Salt Lake City will host an open house today to discuss detours and construction phasing for the North Temple viaduct reconstruction.
Part of the Airport TRAX project, the reconstruction will require the viaduct to be closed for 18 months. The Airport TRAX project calls for building a 6-mile light-rail extension that will connect with the TRAX system at Arena Station. The line will run west along North Temple to the Salt Lake International Airport.
