VIA Rail Canada Inc. recently appointed France Bilodeau and Anthony David Perl to serve four-year terms on the board of directors.
Bilodeau currently serves as senior vice president for Aon Consulting Inc., an insurance brokerage, consulting services and consumer insurance underwriting organization. Perl is a professor and director of urban studies program, and professor in the political science department at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.
