VIA Rail Canada Inc. recently appointed Paul Smith to a three-year term on the passenger railroad’s board.
Smith is executive vice president, chief financial officer and founder of Grey Horse Capital Corp., which provides transfer and corporate trust services in North America. He also is a board member of the Atlantic Council of Canada and member of the Canadian Institute of International Affairs.
