VIA increases summer runs to Niagara Falls

VIA Rail Canada Inc. is gearing up for the busy summer tourist season by increasing service to Niagara Falls.

Between June 27 and Aug. 8, the railroad will add a mid-morning departure from Toronto to Niagara Falls and a later departure from Niagara Falls to Toronto. Trains will depart from Toronto at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.; trains will depart from Niagara Falls at 6:40 a.m. (except weekends), 2:15 p.m. (weekends only), 5:45 p.m. and 7:20 p.m.
