Zilliken becomes VP of Las Vegas Railway Express

Las Vegas Railway Express Inc. (X Train) has named John Zilliken vice president and general manager.
Previously, he was VP and GM for Mandalay Resort Group’s shopping development, Mandalay Place, where he oversaw the initial development phase of the project.
Currently in its final planning stages, the X Train plans to offer “Vegas” style passenger-rail service between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The train’s inaugural run is slated for late 2011.
