  • The New York & Atlantic Railway named Mark Westerfield acting president to succeed Fred Krebs, who retired.
  • OmniTRAX Inc. named John Fenton chief operating officer.
  • RailAmerica Inc. COO Joe Conklin retired; President and CEO John Giles will assume the COO responsibilities. The short-line holding company also named David Rohal, Charles Patterson and Paul Lundberg to VP posts.
