Canadian Pacific Railway Co. named Michael Lambert executive vice president and chief financial officer. Union Pacific Railroad promoted Shane Keller to assistant vice president-locomotive distribution; Brian Gorton, general superintendent of transportation services for the San Antonio Service Unit to succeed Keller; Steve Truit, superintendent of transportation services of the Wichita Service Unit to succeed Gorton; and Randy Hanks, general director of transportation planning in the Class I’s Network Planning and Operations Department.
