STV Inc. recently promoted John Agro Jr. to senior vice president of STV Group and deputy director of the firm’s Transportation & Infrastructure Division, which provides services for transportation and infrastructure planning, design, construction/program management services.

Agro joined STV in 2004 as vice president and manager of the company’s South Atlantic Region. He has more than 37 years of experience in strategic business development, operations management, transportation agency administration, finance and program management. Prior to joining STV, Agro served as SVP of strategic growth for an international engineering and construction firm.

STV provides engineering, architectural, planning and construction management services for the rail, highway and aviation industries.
