MARTA appoints Waters to oversee service planning and scheduling

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) recently named Glen Waters manager of service planning and scheduling. His duties will include developing strategies to help MARTA improve on-time performance.

Waters has more than 20 years’ experience in the transportation industry. He most recently served as manager of service planning and scheduling at LYNX in Orlando, Fla.
