Rail Europe recently promoted two top officials. The White Plains,  N.Y., subsidiary of the French National Railroads and Swiss Federal Railways named Duncan Still chief commercial officer and Zine Belhonchet chief financial officer.

Most recently CFO, Still joined Rail Europe in 1997 as vice president of human resources, legal affairs and administration. He previously held management positions in finance, operations and customer service at British Rail and BritRail Travel International Inc.

Belhonchet joined Rail Europe in 1997 as activity and budget controller. He was appointed director of finance in 2004 and VP of strategic planning in 2007. Prior to joining Rail Europe, Belhonchet served as controller for the French subsidiary of Welch Allyn.

Rail Europe provides European trip planning services in North America.
