New York City Transit's Bianco joins TTCI board

The Transportation Technology Center Inc.'s (TTCI) board recently elected Carmen Bianco, senior vice president of subways for MTA New York City Transit (NYCT), as a member.
Bianco has served NYCT the past 33 years in various corporate safety, loss control and operational roles, including assistant VP for system safety. He previously held various management positions at New Jersey Transit and Amtrak.
"Mr. Bianco can provide guidance to TTCI to make our business more relevant to the needs of passenger and transit train operations," said TTCI President Lisa Stabler in a prepared statement.
Other TTCI board Members include D.J. Stadtler, Amtrak; Dave Ebbrecht, Kansas City Southern Railway Co.; Sameh Fahmy, CN; Mike Franczak, Canadian Pacific; Lance Fritz, Union Pacific Railroad; Ed Hamberger, Association of American Railroads; Michael Howe, C.P.A.; Carl Ice, BNSF Railway Co.; Mark Manion, Norfolk Southern Corp.; Oscar Munoz, CSX Transportation; Thomas Simpson, Railway Supply Institute; and Stabler.
