The top executives at Kansas City Southern de México S.A. de C.V. (KCSM) and the Panama Canal Railway Co. (PCRC) recently were elected to key board posts at the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America (AACCLA).At the organization's 46th annual meeting held Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 in Washington, D.C., KCSM President and Executive Representative Jose Zozaya was re-elected vice president of the governing board and PCRC President Thomas Kenna was elected vice chairman. Kenna previously served as VP of AACCLA's governing board for three consecutive terms.Acting in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, AACCLA has become a premier advocate for U.S. business in the Americas, according to an item posted on the "KCS News" web page. AACCLA aims to promote trade and investment between the United States and Latin America through free trade, markets and enterprise.
