Timera returns to PS Technology moniker; names Tatro president, CEO

On March 1, Timera Inc. announced it's reverting back to the company's original name — PS Technology — and promoting Vice President of Business Development Wayne Tatro to president and chief executive officer.

A Union Pacific Corp. subsidiary that markets crew-management, timekeeping and intermodal logistics software, PS Technology plans to remain headquartered in Boulder, Colo.

Tatro has more than 25 years' experience in transportation industry management and logistics. Before joining Timera in 1999, he served several transportation-related companies in leadership positions.

PS Technology's products are used by railroads, transit agencies and intermodal logistics providers, including Union Pacific Railroad, Norfolk Southern Railway, CSX Transportation, Canadian National Railway Co., Canadian Pacific Railway, Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis, New Jersey Transit, MTA Long Island Rail Road, MTA Metro North Railroad and Schneider National Inc.
