OmniTRAX Inc. has hired Robert Walker to serve as chief financial officer.
For the past 10 years, Walker has been the chief operating and financial officer at The Madison Cos. and affiliates, where his responsibilities included oversight of accounting, finance, tax, financial planning, treasury, human resources and IT functions.
Previously, he was executive vice president and CFO of property operations and redevelopment at Apartment Investment and Management Co.; SVP and CFO for Miller Global Properties; global controller for GE Capital Real Estate; and served in an audit and advisory services role at Ernst & Young.
Walker will report to Chief Executive Officer Kevin Shuba.
"I am particularly impressed with Rob’s ability to lead the financial function in a complex, industry-leading business, while maintaining an unrelenting focus on serving and advocating for customers," Shuba said in a press release.
