Radford is a policy and government relations professional with more than 15 years of experience, Northeast Maglev officials said in a press release.
Previously, he served as director of external relations at the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission; senior policy adviser and counsel for U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.); and federal relations officer for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.
He has also worked for U.S. Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.), overseeing transportation and several other policy issues, and practiced commercial litigation with the law firm Rogers, Joseph, O’Donnell.
