The 2021-23 OLI board's officers are:
 • Jo Strang, board chair. She is senior vice president of safety and regulatory policy for the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association.

• Jason Morris, treasurer. He is AVP of safety and environmental for Norfolk Southern Railway.

Meanwhile, the NAC is co-chaired by Katie Chimelewski, director of safety and certification at the American Road and Transportation Builders Association; and Jessica Feder, executive director of Indiana Operation Lifesaver.
