Delta Railroad Services has named Lynne Woehlke as director of sales. She will oversee the expansion of both Delta Railroad Services' and Quality Track Equipment’s range of services that include equipment remanufacturing, parts, contracting and leasing. She has over 22 years of railroad experience in executive and sales leadership roles including in original maintenance-of-way equipment manufacturing and leasing to project contracting, communications and signal work, Delta Railroad CEO Linda Laurello said in a press release. 

HNTB has hired Dennis Stefanski as transit and rail engineering department manager. Stefanski will lead a multidisciplinary group of professionals to support transit and rail clients. Prior to joining HNTB, Stefanski spent more than a decade at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. HNTB also recently hired Grace Madden as a project director for the firm's transit fleet and facilities practice. She has more than 15 years of project management and mechanical engineering experience, including leading the delivery of fleet replacements and updates for railway companies and transportation agencies.

Transdev U.S. appointed Carmen Alba senior vice president for its transit division's Northwest region. She has more than 19 years of leadership experience in the transportation field. Most recently, Alba served as VP of operations at the Sacramento Regional Transit District, where she led large-scale transit operations.
