Yesterday, Kansas City Southern announced Kelley Anderson will become vice president of automotive sales and report to Senior VP of Intermodal and Automotive Brian Bowers.

Anderson has 32 years of transportation experience and most recently was VP of strategic sales and marketing for R.J. Corman Railroad Group. He previously served United Parcel Service for 11 years in various capacities, and held a number of positions with BNSF Railway Co., Southern Pacific Railroad and Burlington Northern Railroad.

Anderson’s “leadership and logistics expertise will help drive the continued growth and development of our automotive franchise,” said Bowers in a prepared statement.
