BNSF names Williams AVP of service design

BNSF Railway Co. recently promoted Tom Williams to assistant vice president of service design to succeed Dick Ebel, who was appointed general manager of the Los Angeles Division in June.

Most recently general director of industrial products marketing, Williams began his BNSF career in 1993. He previously held various marketing and pricing positions, including automotive group director, and general director of IMC and truckload marketing.
