Balfour Beatty Rail Inc. recently appointed Ken Koff vice president of railroad services. He will be responsible for managing the firm’s ballast and vegetation and plant and equipment groups, as well as spearheading the company’s Class I initiative.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the rail industry, Koff most recently served RailAmerica Inc. as vice president of engineering.
Balfour Beatty Rail also announced it opened a Western Regional office in the Los Angeles area. Like all Balfour Beatty Rail locations, the office will provide trackwork, signaling and maintenance services.
