CPKC, CN announce director election results

Canadian Pacific Kansas City and CN recently announced the results of elections held for board directors at the companies' annual shareholders meetings.

CPKC shareholders elected the following to the board: John Baird, Isabelle Courville, Keith Creel, Antonio Garza, Edward Hamberger, Janet Kennedy, Henry Maier, Matthew Paull, Jane Peverett, Andrea Robertson and Gordon Trafton.

Upon her reelection as director, Courville was reappointed board chair, according to a CPKC press release.

Meanwhile, CN shareholders voted for the following 11 nominees proposed by management: Shauneen Bruder, Jo-ann dePass Olsovsky, David Freeman, Denise Gray, Justin Howell, Susan Jones, Robert Knight, Michel Letellier, Margaret McKenzie, Al Monaco and Tracy Robinson.

Bruder was unanimously reelected by the board as chair, according to a CN press release. She is a corporate director and retired executive vice president of operations at the Royal Bank of Canada.
