Railinc recently appointed James Malcolm Clarke vice president of corporate services and chief financial officer.
Most recently controller for High Performance Technologies, he has more than 10 years of information technology experience. Clarke has held various senior financial positions, including controller for Vista Information Technologies and DHL Global Mail, and director of financial planning and analysis for Analex Corp. He also served stints as division controller and director of strategic planning for AT&T.
Railinc provides information technology services to North American railroads, shippers, equipment owners and suppliers, and manages Steelroads.com.
