Dallas Area Rapid Transit recently named John Adler vice president of procurement.
For the past 30 years, he served the state of Arizona in various capacities, including contract administrator, procurement officer and buyer.
Adler also previously served as vice president of the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council, and president of the National Association of State Procurement Officials and the Arizona Chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Procurement.
