Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) yesterday announced the appointment of David Schulze as the chief of staff.
Schulze becomes DART’s first executive-level chief of staff, serving as senior adviser to DART's president and executive director, according to a DART press release.
In his role, Schulze will lead a strategic, tactical and operational activities and focus on issues that have an agencywide impact.
A 29-year lawyer in public service, Schultz most recently served as DART’s vice president of policy and strategy to the president and executive director. Previously, Schulze also served as part of the agency’s legal department.
