advertisement
The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) has named Cheri Bush Soileau senior planner to lead the agency’s rail and bus service planning.
Soileau has more than 23 years of transit experience, including 15 years in the North Texas region with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Wilber Smith Associates and Dikita Engineering. While at DART, she served as senior planner and worked closely with member cities on route modifications, and as project manager of an environmental analysis of the Blue Line extension, DCTA officials said in a prepared statement.
Soileau “brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the transportation industry” that will help the agency expand services and grow ridership, said DCTA President Jim Cline.
