Delaware River Port Authority appoints Kernodle deputy CEO

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) has named Obra Kernodle IV to the position of deputy chief executive officer, effective Nov. 1.
Kernodle brings more than 20 years of extensive business, government, and community knowledge to the DRPA and Port Authority Transit Corp. (PATCO) executive leadership team, according to a news release. DRPA oversees PATCO.
Recently, Kernodle was executive deputy chief of staff for Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf.
Kernodle currently serves on numerous boards, including at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.
