Federated Financial hires Bagwell to head passenger car leasing division

Federated Financial Corp. of America (FFCoA) recently named Mike Bagwell president and chief executive officer of Federated Railways, which leases new and used passenger cars to transit agencies.
Bagwell has more than 25 years’ experience in the railroad industry, holding high-level executive positions at several railroads.
"Mike brings to Federated Railways phenomenal business and marketing instincts," said Lou Ferris, president of FFCoA.
