Earlier this summer, ALSTOM Transport named Roelof van Ark senior vice president, NAFTA Region to succeed Francis Jelensperger, who left the company to pursue other interests.
Van Ark most recently was president-aviation security at Invision Technologies Inc. He previously served Siemens Ltd. in a variety of positions, including a three-year stint as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Transportation Systems Inc.
