The Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T) has elected its officers for 2012 and appointed two new board members.
The T’s officers for the new year will be Gary Cumbie, chairman; Rosa Navejar, vice chairwoman; and Gary Havener, secretary. Appointed as new members are the Rev. Maurice Barnes, who will assume the post previously held by former state Rep. Reby Cary; and Steve Berry, who will assume the post previously held by Bob Jameson.
Meanwhile, the Tri-County Metropolitan District of Oregon (TriMet) has appointed Craig Prosser to its board. Prosser, who recently retired as city manager of Tigard, Ore., will represent Clackamas County on the TriMet board.
