Frasca joins MTA's board

New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority recently appointed Doreen Frasca to the board to succeed Barry Feinstein, who has served on the board since 1989.

Frasca owns Frasca & Associates, which provides strategic and financial advice to airlines, airports and seaports nationwide. During her 30-year Wall Street career, she has helped finance more than $20 billion worth of U.S. rail, bridge, airport and road projects.
